Thank you to the Minnesota State Senate for doing their part to prevent a constitutional amendment to discriminate.Senate panel defeats gay marriage amendment 5-4: "Behind velvet ropes, guards and locked doors, a Senate committee voted 5-4 along party lines Friday to reject a constitutional amendment that would ban gay marriage."
We can only hope that hate filled people like Republican Senator Michele Bachmann of Stillwater will eventually see the light.
