Rice's Credibility Problem - Actually, America's Problem
Secretary Rice wants us to believe that the US doens't torture people, doesn't send people to pro-torture countries to extract info from people, and doesn't start wars without justification. The only problem is, we know that's a bunch of crap. Atrios sums it up nicely:Rice: "No one believes US foreign policy has ever been pure and innocent, but we at least used to credibly pretend to have ideals."
