If you're going to cut park spending, don't be such a coward about it. Stand up and state your case for doing so like a real man from Texas would.

The Salt Lake Tribune -- Department memo told park heads to spin cuts: "A retired superintendent of Utah's Dinosaur National Monument released internal National Park Service memos Wednesday that coached park bosses on ways to hide the true nature of Bush administration cutbacks in park services from the public. "
